Modern lifestyle has high exposure to insecurity, anger, hate, fear and other such emotions. These emotions have strong tendencies to spread quickly and leave impressions strong enough to create insecure individuals and an unstable society.
Meditation helps an individual overcome these emotions. It is a self healing process and is one of the best methods to bring about transformation by recognizing and nurturing the natural qualities of love, peace and happiness inherent within us. It is universal, transcending all divides like religion, country and culture.
Join us this Sunday, Sept 16, 2012 to know more about such techniques from
Acharya Vasudhaaji
at Millennium Towers Federation Hall, inside shopping complex of Millennium Towers, Sector 9, Sanpada.
Time: 11am to 12.30 noon

An inner journey through the Chakras
A meditation session on the Seven Chakras was held in Shanishwara temple, Nerul on April 8, 2012. This comprehensive guided meditation to harmonizing the Chakras with music, colors and breathing techniques was well attended by people in Navi Mumbai. Purpose was to help understand the capabilities hidden in our innermost being, to realize the full potential for happiness and creativity.
“It was a beautiful experience; I was lost in the world of colors and the amazing music. I surely look forward to similar experiences with Vasudhaji in the future” said Dr. Sangita Bansode, one of the participants.
“It was a feeling of complete bliss and fulfillment. My energy levels were high and I carried a feeling of positivity throughout the day.” commented Ms. Girija Shankar , one who has been regularly following Acharya Vasudhaji’s discourses.
“A truly peaceful and invigorating experience. Peace amidst chaos” voiced Ms. Beena Nair, a participant from Sanpada.
